ShifTrig Quick shifter KART

This system is designed to reduce lap timing by keeping the feet on throttle while shifting. The sensor detect the gear assembly force and cut the ignition for a few tenth of seconds.

The kit includes :
A sensor to be mounted in serial with the gear bracket
A control box to setup cut off duration and force threshold.
A connection to the ignition system
A switch for on/off

This system is based on a force sensor and not a switch as on the basics systems.

Fonctions:

Force threshold setup from 200 to 1500 N
Ignition timing cut  40, 60, 80, 100, 120 ou 140 ms 
2 controls leds 
Relay output to control ignition

Supply 5 to 16 v
